Automatic Recurring Billing Agreement

AUTOMATIC RECURRING BILLING AGREEMENT
Subscriptions and minimum term agreements.
Please read this Agreement carefully. Please verify that all information provided to the Powerful Marketing Online is complete and accurate when signing up for your month-to-month services.

Frequency of Payments
An automatic recurring payment in the range provided to you in writing, electronically, or as described to you by the plan you selected on our PowerfulMarketingOnline.com/plans page will be made every month (“Monthly Payment”) for renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis. You will also receive a post-payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments. For example, if your Maintenance Plan requires a $300 per month payment, and you signed up day was March 1, then your recurring payment due date will be the first recurring Monthly Payment of $300 will be made on April 1. Your next automatic recurring payment in the amount of $300 would occur on May 1. You will not receive any advance notice of this payment, but you will receive post-payment confirmation by email. If your recurring scheduled payment occurs during the weekend, or on a holiday your payment will process on the Friday prior to your payment day. If your recurring payment is at the end of the month, (30th or 31st), and the processing month does not include that day, your payment will process on the last day of that given month.

Automatic Recurring Payment Failure
If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. We may permanently restrict your ability to use a certain payment method if that payment method fails multiple times. REMEMBER: If your Automatic Recurring Payment fails, you will need to replenish your account with another payment method. In the event any payment is not made within 7 days of your due date, and you do not make a payment by the end of your agreement cycle, your Maintenance plan will not be fulfilled, and service may be suspended or cancelled.

Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment
You can cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment at any time, we just ask for a 30-day notice prior to cancelling your monthly service. To cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment, email us at [email protected] to submit your written request to cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment or call us at 210-742-1140.

Please note that we do not prorate or refund any remaining unused days.

Re-establishing Automatic Recurring Payment
If you wish to re-establish your Automatic Recurring Payment, please email us at [email protected]

Changing Automatic Recurring Payment
If you would like to change your Automatic Recurring Payment including, for example, making a change from one credit or debit card that was initially selected to another credit or debit card or bank account, please email us at [email protected]  If you have any issues call us at 210-742-1140.

Services and Charges
Charges for the following are in addition to the Maintenance Plan price and can change during and after the term of this Agreement:

Taxes and government charges if applicable.

Electronic Authorization
This Agreement is not transferable and must be agreed to by the person authorized on the Powerful Marketing Online account, by creating an account and signing up and paying for your monthly service plan on PowerfulMarketingOnline.com and following the authorization process outlined for you on our website.

Agreeing to these Conditions
By providing my credit, or debit card or bank account information (“Payment Method”), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorize Powerful Marketing Online to charge the full amount required by my maintenance/monthly service/recurring plan (once every month or more frequently as described) to the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified above to charge or debit my account and remit payment for my subscription to Powerful Marketing Online. This authority will remain in effect until I give a 30-day written notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.
